System functionality for the employees on secondment

Hello,

I have received a request from a client asking if there is a native functionality allowing for the home country HR to control and manage the home and host record of an employee who is sent for the secondment. Host country HR should not be able to access the record of a person on the secondment.

I know this is possible to be set with RBPs, but the client insists on having the SAP response if there is native functionality supporting this behavior.

Does SuccessFactors has a native functionality which meets the above described requirement?

Hi @piotr_retecki,

As you mentioned there is no other native functionality besides RBP to manage access to employee information. This also applies to Concurrent Employment and Global Assignment.
