We are currently using Docucentre during our onboarding processes where the system save all the candidates documents in.

What is the underlying database for this tool

Hi Anise,

Please find the below solution where the forms are saved for all candidates in ONB process.

1. Go to On-boarding -> Reference files -> Forms -> search the form -> Edit
   1. Check whether you have Save option checked for the form. If Save is not checked then Document will not get uploaded to Doc center
2. All the documents will be uploaded to the Doc center only when the activity is completed. Form will not be uploaded in the middle of the process
3. Go to On-boarding -> Reference files -> Forms -> search the form -> Click "Conditions" button in the top and confirm if there is any advanced conditions and if so the same is/are met for the affected(s) candidate(s)
   1. Go to On-boarding > Settings > PDF Forms > Select the pdf form > check the Filter box and ensure they are met for the affected(s) candidate(s)

karthick_07 Just a curious question. Doc Center you mentioned is "SAP Document Center" running on SAP Cloud Platform or is it some component in Success Factor ?
