SuccessFactors Agile Implementation using Cloud ALM

Hi Team,

 Has anyone implemented SuccessFactors the Agile way using Cloud ALM. If yes could please share your experience and help us understand how to do it. We have the below queries,

1. If we use Cloud ALM during fit to standard workshops and capture requirements in ALM, at what point we will be doing configuration workbook discussion and updating the same.
2. Please share any sample items which are tagged as requirement, User Stories and Tasks with respect to Employee Central module.
3. Do we have templates to capture detailed requirements for custom extension object like MDF and Integrations requirement document using CPI.
4. Cloud ALM has the SuccessFactors modules in the scope, how to capture integration requirements or reporting requirements.

Hi Sri,

I do not have much experience regarding SAP SuccessFactors projects. But I know SAP Cloud ALM quite well. Therefore, let me provide a more generic answer to your question:

In SAP Cloud ALM, customers can follow the SAP Activate Methodology for SAP SuccessFactors (see the read-only version in: Roadmap Viewer - SAP for Me). This methodology consists of ~300 tasks. You can use SAP Cloud ALM to manage these tasks (read the description, access accelerators, assign team members or groups of team members, document the task status, do reporting, etc.).

Configuration Definition is part of the Explore phase. Solution Configuration belongs to the Realize phase.

In addition, the SAP Activate methodology provides some templates (Accelerators). However, the content of documents like requirement or user stories are highly customer- and partner specific.

Thanks @cayrademann for the reply. I have went through the roadmap viewer and now its quite clear about the way it works. It was mentioned in the documents, that a starter system is provided for the fit to standard workshops, is it available for SuccessFactors as well. I understand that you do not have much experience in SuccessFactors but if you are aware, please let me know.
