SF - How to consider several time entries individually with the same time type per day

I have a requirement in the area of SF Time Management. At my client employees can record the time type 'Official Errand' (attendance) multiple times a day in the system. Is it possible for these time entries (time pairs) to be considered individually, with the first 30 minutes of each entry being deducted and thus not counted towards the flextime account?

Hi, can you give a bit more details with examples? Did I get it right that you want: employee records working time from 08:00- 10:00 and from 11:00 - 15:00 and you want for flextime account calculation only 08:30 - 10:00 and 11:30 - 15:00? Is this right? And may I ask why :-)? What is the business reason behind?

Hi Volker - Happy to give some more information regarding my question. Business case would be that the employee uses the time type "official errand" (e.g. the employee has to peform a task for his work before he actually starts his work at the office) from 07:00 - 08:00. At the office he registers time type "work" from 08:00 - 16:00 and after that he registers again the time type "official errand" from 16:00 - 17:30. Business policy states that only after 30 minutes the time registered with time type "official errand" is evaluated as "working time". As I have two time paires with the time type "official errand" I am not able to consider them individually.

Are the time slots always the same for the Official Erranc? Did you check if the grace rule rounding feature can help? https://community.sap.com/t5/human-capital-management-blogs-by-sap/successfactors-time-management-ne.... thats currently the only option. If this does not work than there is currently no option. You would need to create an enhancement request.

No they can vary every time the time type is registered. Thank you for looking into it.

A workaround solution could be to create 2 different time types: one for the morning Errand, one for the afternoon Errand. Both fill 2 different time type groups and you can then deduct 30 minutes in each time type group by a normal aggregate input group and split

A workaround could be to create 2 different time types: one for the morning Errand, one for the afternoon Errand. And both fill a different time type group. You can then cut deduct 30 minutes out of this time type groups.
