Scale adjusted calculation can be applied to Competency or not

Dear all,

I try to apply Customized rating map based on calculation (adjusted calculation) to Compentecy section of PM form but it is not working
For ex:
<scale-adjusted-calculation enable="true" display-calculated-rating="false">
<scale-map-value>
<score-min>100.0</score-min>
<score-max>500.0</score-max>
<mapto-score>120.0</mapto-score>
<mapto-desc><![CDATA[120%]]></mapto-desc>
</scale-map-value>

Please help to confirm that scale adjusted calculation can be applied to Competency section? Or it just apply for Overall Summary Rating only?
