Hi all!
For one of our customers we’ve created a library of landing pages with links to practice simulations in Enable Now.
Every time we open the library link (published or preview link), it initially opens a new tab (1), but after a two seconds, the content loads in a new window (2) instead of showing in the first tab.
Then, when you click on a simulation from a landing page, it opens in the first tab (1) instead of the new window (2).
Does anyone have an idea why this happens? Ideally, everything should open in the same tab, with a virtual window for the simulations.
We’ve confirmed that the 'Open in new window' option is never selected. Are there any other settings we could check? Why does the link open up an entirely new window?
Thanks in advanced!
Kind regards,

Hi Joke,
I'm not certain but the first behaviour that you mention, i.e. the content opening in a second window on start up of a library, however, I suspect that the first window is authenticating the user and the second contains the content. The second behaviour that you mention is correct. If you link from a landing page to a Simulation and choose not to open the Simulation in a new window, it opens the Simulation in a virtual tab. Refer to the image below.
The number 2 in the top, right corner of the image indicates that the content is open in a second virtual tab. If the user closes the virtual tab using the X, the original library is redisplayed.
Hope that helps.
Regards
Shane
