SAP Companion Usage and Context Help Visits reports are blank

Am trying to figure out why both these reports are showing up blank. I've configured this client instance as I have all the other ones, but it just will not display any reporting data.

• All other reports (including Course Assignment) work properly
• Tracking has been set to Manager (no overrides in any of the individual playback modes)
• As far as I know, the web assistant plug-in was configured properly.

These settings are irrelevant to SAP Companion for Web tracking. Follow Shane's answer. It's correct.

Hi,

If no tracking data is available for content accessed from SAP Companion, at all, it's pretty likely that tracking has not been turned on in the SAP Companion configuration.  To turn on tracking of content accessed from SAP Companion, you must have the following parameter details added to the SAP Companion configuration:

trackingUrlSEN=https://customername.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/WorkareaID/

Where:

customername - is the name of your Enable Now system
WorkareaID - is the ID of the Workarea that SAP Companion used to access content

Thanks Shane. I tried adding that to the Progress Tracking section of the Enable Now config template, but it didn't work. Is there a different place I should be doing this?
