Am trying to figure out why both these reports are showing up blank. I've configured this client instance as I have all the other ones, but it just will not display any reporting data.

What Shane said, but with one clarification. The parameter specifies the Workarea in which you want the tracking information to be stored - not the Workarea containing the help content. This allows you to consolidate tracking data across systems, or separate it out, per system. Personally I recommend keeping it separate (and set to the same Workarea as the help content is delivered from - which is why it is often confused) as for most of the reports you can choose multiple Workareas anyway.
