Good evening, everyone,
Following a requirement from the client, it was requested to create a report (if possible) that includes all vacant positions in the company, but only for roles that were previously filled by employees who have since left the organization.
In other words, we need to identify which positions the organization had and became vacant specifically due to employee departures. Positions that existed but were never occupied by any employee are not relevant for this report.
Do you have any ideas on how we could approach such a report?
Thank you!!!

Hi,
You can create a Canvas report for this requirement. After finishing the column design, you must assign filters. One filter should check for vacant positions (set "Vacant" or "To Be Recruited" to "Yes" in the query filter). Another filter is to identify positions that were filled by employees who have since left the organization. For this, you should set the "Termination Date" to "is not null" in the incumbent information filter.
