Remote Workareas already cached in SEN

Hi experts,
I am getting below message when trying to connect Standard SAP S/4HANA content. No repeated S/4HANA connected workarea is created in my SEN system and I checked with other admins too. Can you please help me in this?

Try using the built-in admin(super admin) account to check the full list of workareas created. Most likely, you'll find the connected one there. The error you experiencing really means that the workarea already exists. The reason why you don't see it is because of the "curly fingers" of the person who made it private (highly likely unintentionally *LOL*)

Great Anton. I've found that workarea using super admin account. But my doubt is that none of our admins has created that workarea and when navigate to Modifications -> Created by in Manager, I can find the field is empty. Is it created automatically?
