[RCM] Missing dropdown menu

I'm trying to help an associate who has been unable to update the job requisitions she has been working on, as for some reason the dropdown menu allowing one to edit such just isn't there.

I have tried updating her RBPs to reflect a colleague's (one who isn't experiencing the issue), and still the issue persists.

Any ideas for what could be causing this?

Hi Sean,

Can you please provide screenshot which Menu drop down is missing in RCM?

Is there any field drop down or some other which you are referring?

Kindly provide screenshot to check further.
