Hi Experts,
We are in the process of implementing email notifications for Birthday and Work Anniversaries. We are using the Reward & Recognition Milestone Award function.
Everything is working fine with the emails using custom templates, but even though we are setting the award amount to zero, everyone is getting a zero value pay component created on the anniversary date. I have raised this to support who have said this is working as expected, but I wonder if anyone has a way around this? It is causing issues with our payroll teams as they are querying the zero value payments.
