"My Name" audio file size limit

Hello Experts. We are in the process of implementing the "My Name" feature within our Employee Central - Employee Profile to enhance our workplace inclusivity by allowing employees to share the pronunciation of their names. We wanted to the details regarding any file size limitations for audio uploads associated with this feature. Understanding these constraints is crucial for us to guide our employees effectively and ensure a smooth integration of this functionality. Thank you in advance.

The audio file for "My Name" cannot be larger than 2 MB, while the file for "Show Me" cannot be larger than 50 MB.

The supported file formats are:

• My Name = audio/mp3, audio/x-m4a, audio/*
• Show Me = video/mp4, video/x-m4v, video/*

Hi @mvpIE,

Would you know if there any additional requirements that we need to do first before we can implement this feature? Because when I tried uploading the audio file, it only uploading, and it seems that the file did not finish the uploading. I'm only uploading a 37.5 KB file and it's been 15 minutes that the uploading is still not finish.
