Hello All-

1-For SAP SuccessFactors without SSO ( users can login to SF using Username & Password) is activating Common super domain mandatory?

2- I have read KBA- 3097769 - IAS / IPS - Is IAS implementation mandatory for all SuccessFactors customers? | SAP Knowle...   which says IAS is mandatory for CSD . But my customers dev system doesn't have SSO enabled. Do i need to inform customer to link SF with IAS in future? What will happen if customer doesnt use SSO and just uses normal username & password for loggin to SF instance.

I am unable to find any information on this so have posted question here.

Please clarify on this.

Regards

Karthik G

Please don't post to Questions about SAP Websites, it's reserved to issues with SAP Community, Support and so on. Better post to Technology Q&A (https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-q-a/qa-p/technology-questions). Hopefully, an admin would fix it for you.

Hi @karthik1gobburu

Migration to CSD was required only because Google had announced deprecation of support for 3rd party cookies. However, in July Google has cancelled this deprecation, meaning migration to CSD is currently not mandatory. Check out this KBA:

3459706 - Enablement of Common Super Domain Migration

https://me.sap.com/notes/0003459706

As for IAS, I am not sure. But IAS is a prerequisite for Report Story and also a better integration between BizX and LMS so it is something all customers should do, sooner rather than later.
