Problem with recognition of the upper tabs in SAP GUI

I have a problem with the recognition of some objects in SAP GUI using the producer. I want to add some context help to the SAP home screen, but when I click on some objects like the top tabs or the bottom bar where the transaction, environment, etc. are indicated, the producer does not pick up the objects and when running SAP Companion it does not show the context help.

Hi,

From your message and screen image it looks like you have having issues with SAP Companion for Desktop on SAP GUI.  To successfully use SAP Companion for Desktop with SAP GUI you must turn no scripting in SAP GUI.  Take a look at section 2.2.2.2 of the Producer Manual for details of the required setup.
