Please, in which table could I find approval workflow Id for a given requisition?

Dear experts,

we are facing an issue in regards to approval workflow. Although a person is assigned as first approver , approval tasks don't appear.

I'd like to check workflow but I don't know the ID , could you please let me know in which table requisition and workflow are related?

Hi Maria,

Transactions SWI1 and SWEL show you which workflows were started and for which object ID.
