Hi Experts,
I've a requirement below to calculate overtime for 2 employees belongs to same TRP but having different WS.
There's a time profile let's say TRP_01
2 users are part of this TRP but, both the users have 2 different work schedules example user X has 40 hours of WS and User Y has 48 hours of work schedules.
Now, the requirement is - When the user Y records hours above 48 hours it should tag as Overtime under Time Valuation result,
Where as for user X, anything above 40 hours should tag as Overtime Time Valuation result. Is this possible achieving? If no, then what can be the workaround for this issue?
Best Regards,

Hello Somashree,
you can use the shift classification in the workschedule to differentiate both schedules. Afterwards you can use the "route" time valuation to distinguish both overtime calculation processes afterwards. The "route" time valuation type is like a kind of else / if-clause.
However, this would also be a good use case for our business rules in time valuation. We plan to release them as GA in H2. However, the fields that can be accessed are currently restricted, work schedule shift classification or workschedule is not included. But we plan in the future to enhance the accessible fields for business rules in time valuation and then you could use this way. However, right now there is no other option than to use the above mentioned way which leads unfortunately to a lot of time valuations to cover this.
Best regards
Volker
