We would like to understand why is it that Content Object remains completed and Item is not?
Online Content Settings are set as below:
Add to History on Completion of All Content: OFF
Add to History on Pass: All content objects are marked check
This means that if the users completed any of the content object it should be marked completed for the user, but for some users it is not the case.
Can you please help us understand our initial question?
