I'm wondering if there could be a less convoluted process for this. We have to contact the customer, who has an S-User and then have to get them to create a P-User in the community for Onboarding. They then have to activate this user and share the P-User ID and password with us. Why can they not use their S-User or even easier why can we not use our own S-User to set this up? Or are we doing this incorrectly? Is there an easier way of obtaining the P-User?
