Onboarding 2.0 New Hire directed to SSO screen

We have recently implemented onboarding 2.0 and currently do not have IAS and noticed that some of the new hires are directed to SSO screen when they try to login. The issue is mainly with the new hires who save the info and then come back later to login and are not able to log back in again and finish the assigned New Hire tasks. Wanted to check if someone else is also facing this issue and if they have a resolution for this? It is providing a very poor New Hire experience when they are updating and providing additional information and causes delays in their onboarding process.

Hi,

I think they need to save the link from welcome mail BEFORE they click enter as the link then changes. In the link from the Welcome mail looks like this; https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/login?company=xxxxxxxx&username=privatemail&pm_product_name=ONB but if you click enter it looks like this; https://adfs.xxxxxxxxxx/adfs/ls/wia?SAMLRequest=fZJdxxxxxxxxxxxxx800100008b (ananomized) which looks up Active Directory.

So I would encourage them to either use link form mail every time or save the link BEFORE they click enter.
