Onboarding 2.0 Document Generation

Hi Experts,

Is there a limit for system mapping fields for a document through "Manage Document Template Mapping" for Onboarding 2.0

I uploaded a form which had more than 500 fields, form was uploaded successfully but when I opened mapping it was blank. So I removed around100 fields from the form and reuploaded again then it was fine and fields were appearing for mapping.

Please advise if someone knows about the field limit.

Hi Danish , 

I was able to upload around 240ish Fields. 

Were you able to upload 500 fields , if yes and How ?

Appreciate if you can provide some inputs around 500 fields pls, Thanks!

Hi Santosh,

How do you edit/remove the fields that you don't need to map, and if we remove from mapping here, does that remove them from the original form as well?

Hello Shveta,

We need to remove them form the form and reimport the same on mapping.

once reimported on mapping screen, you will see only the fields that needs to be mapped 

Keeping them unmapped won't have any impact, but they will be visible on the form unless visibility is hidden on the form .
