ONB 2.0: LMS Access to the Onboardee

In ONB 2.0: Is there any way we can give access of LMS to the candidate without any external liscence.

If an Onboarding new hire is in the onboarding process and has a user ID in SF, it's possible to assign learning before the new hire actually starts thru a configuration in Learning Administration - however, in this scenario, the user is considered a licensed user. Otherwise, there is no way to provide LMS access to a user without a SF user ID.

Currently, there is no standard Pre day 1 option for ONB 2.0, as we have in ONB 1.0. Product team is working on it to provide a standard solution.
