Off Cycle reason in Payroll control centre

Hi All,

I want to run an Ad Hoc Off-cycle payroll.

I couldn't see the off-cycle reason in the payroll control center Process creation step.

After checking the KBA, I have created the off Cycle subsequent activity Process with process template of PYP_V2_AD_HOC_OC_SUB.

Also, I have maintained off cycle reson under "Maintain Off-Cycle process additional Information--> Assign Off-Cycle Reasons to Off-Cycle Processes".

Still I couldn't find the Off cycle reason in the PCC employee central.

When I checked "Maintain Off-Cycle process additional Information-->Set Up Planned Off-Cycle Process Relationship" I couldn't find my newly created off-cycle subsequent process in the drop down.

Can someone please help me in this query?

Hi Hari,

Adhoc off cycle process you have to follow the below process,

Recently I did one of the project,

1) SPRO -- > Payroll --> International Payroll -->Payroll control center configuration simplification --> Process template (Check the adhoc payroll template)

2) SPRO -- > Payroll --> International Payroll -->Payroll control center configuration simplification --> Process type

Process type step you need to create new entry and assign process template and assign off cycle reason and period parameter

Follow the above steps your issue going to resolve..
