New Learning Experience home page - team members have overdue training. Send a Reminder

As an administrator can you hide the overdue training reminder that shows in yellow on the new Learning home page?

If you are a manager with other managers reporting to you, you could have many team members that show up with overdue training. If you dismiss the message with the x it reappears the next time you open the learning home page.

I am curious to know the same, or whether it can be restricted to just direct reports.

Hi,

I was not able to find any configuration to deactivate this yellow bar on the startpage.

In addition, we are facing the issue, that these personalized emails (supervisor.name@company.com) cannot get white listed by our IT-security. That leads to blocked mails (spam) and they do not reach either overdue participants nor supervisor (if Cc:). 

Does anybody face same issue and have a workaround therefore? Thanks in advance.

Hi Derbertl, Does this reminder email issue still existing in your system? we are also facing the same issue. Neither the manager nor team members are receiving the emails, we have a ticket open with SAP and they suggested adding the domain verification TXT record to the DNS list of your organization. Hi vijdhara, the issue still exists, even worse - the reminder had not be sent, other way: neither the employee nor the manager (in Cc:) received the notification. I tested it again onTuesday, thats why I am a little bit late with my answer. SAP support suggested to read KBA2087468 and KBA 2149831 and closed the ticket. Our IT created an own domain (@email.company.com) for this purpose, but also not successful.
