Hello there, 

Whenever I try to edit custom cards from the new landing page, I am blocked by this error. Any ideas?

I am supposed to be an admin with most if not all permissions. I have tested several images and even uploaded one that acts as placeholder for an already existing custom card, just to rule out a wrong-size error. This does not fix the problem.

@BromikosHarry, can you review the KBA 3537716 and confirm if the steps mentioned in the "Resolution" area were already followed? I think they were, but I wanted to double check it.

Interesting. The KBA is externally available. It might be necessary to review your S-User access - it's possible to open a case under the "XX-SER-FORME" component for it.

It doesn't say that it is off-limits, it just says it's "Unable to fetch data at the moment. This might be due to a server error or a network issue. Please try again later."

According to SAP https://me.sap.com/notes/3537716, they said it already fixed. But when I checked it today after releasing 2H production.
