I have a question regarding the 2H 2023 release on MS Teams channel - SAP SuccessFactors Notification Cards in Microsoft Teams
A few weeks back we enabled MS Teams integration with SuccessFactors Feedback. All the documentation and config guides we referred to only talked about Feedback. They do not mention the fact that notification cards for other things like workflows and performance form review are part of the functionality. For all these weeks of it being ON, it has only worked with Feedback functionality. Last week, it suddenly started sending cards to all the users, for things like EC workflows and performance form review. This was quite strange because this happened overnight even before the release weekend.
We have not had the chance to prepare and educate the managers, HRs and employees for this so this is an issue for us now. Did any other company have the same experience? How did you manage the users and the change management then?
