Missing permission to cancel Time Payout

Hello experts

I have configured the process of Time Account Payout. Everything is working okay, with the request being made, a workflow being triggered and approved. The problem is that, if for some reason, the employee wants to cancel a request (approved or not) he/she gets an error message saying 'No permission to correct object'. 

What are the permissions that I need to add to make this possible?
