With "Manage Workforce" app, we were attempting to upload Workforce data using the import functionality. When we download the template, a message is issued that all templates are downloaded. But only 1 file related to Workforce data is downloaded. Workforce Agreement data file is mandatory to us the import function and template for the same is not available in the download.
Request clarification before answering.
Issue resolved. The problem was caused by browser pop-up being blocked. On allowing the pop ups multiple templates were downloaded.
