HI

Is there is any provision wherein instead of current salary .. we can also include promotion in the guideline calcuations.

Dummy example:-'

CURRENT Behavior

EE Salary on 12/31/2022 = 92,200

+ Merit increase (3.94) = 95,625

+ Promotion in compensation module (9,200) = 104,825 (final)

What we need the Behavior to be:

EE Salary on 12/31/2022 = 92,200

+ Promotion in compensation module (9,200) = 101,400

+ Merit increase (3.94) = 105,395 (final)

Pl let me know in case if this is possible

Thanks

Hi ritanshi_07

Yes, please look for compound or compounding in the implementation guide.

Hi Phil/ xavierlegarrec

As per your suggestion, I tried using compounding feature so that merit basis can be changed and changed the XML code as below:-

However ,the compounding feature works/adjust only on Merit % as mentioned in KBA 2085254 and not on Merit amount.

Even if we try to change the XML tag from percentage -calc-base-include to amount base then it says declaration is missing.

Do we have any other standard solution which can address below query or implement custom solution. Kindly suggest. Thanks for your help.
