Limit on employee's talent profile data in portlets

Hi,

Is there a limit to how many ratings will show on the employee’s talent profile portlets?
eg: potential or calibration ratings

In my understanding, there is no limit for these ratings.

If you are referring to scorecard portlet (Performance History portlet, Objective Rating portlet, Overview portlet, Competency portlet, Competency Behavior Breakdown portlet), you can define a process and date range as per enclosed guidance.

Regarding the Calibration Portlet, you can similarly indicate which template should be selected as data source for the Talent Profile Managing Calibration Templates (ref. Implementation Guide Calibration).

For other portlets, such as Trend portlets (sysOverallPerformance and sysOverallPotential...) , the system will display all data available (from all sources - Performance forms, Import, Calibration, etc.), regardless of the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard.

If you are referring to scorecard portlets, you can will filter data according to the Process and Date Range as per enclosed list and guidelines

Regarding the calibration portlet, you can similarly filter this block indicating which template(s) should be selected as data source via Admin center > Manage Calibration Templates. (ref. Implementation Guide Calibration)

For other portlets, such as sysOverallPerformance and sysOverallPotential, the system will display all data available (from all sources - Performance forms, Import, Calibration, etc.), regardless of the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard.
