Learning - SuccessFactors Platform Integration Sealing Confirmation



Our Preview Instance is integrated between SF. After the update to 1H2023, the status of the integration in the BIZX  is "not confirmed".
What further steps are required from our side until when in order to fulfil the requirements for sealing.

Hello @CMezger - If your integration is working fine, then no reason for concern. Confirmation relates to the integration between Learning and HXM Platform and is typically required for new integrations. You can have a functioning integration that is not confirmed, if the integration was configured before we introduced confirmation in 1H 2022.
