Items not appearing in library despite being uploaded into LMS for more than 72hrs

We have created several items recently in our LMS and added them to a library for users to assign to themselves. As of right now, the items do not appear in the results when searching by title or by item ID. I read in the following KBA (3511612 - New Learning Experience: Enhanced Search), that in the production environment, it can take up to 8 hours for the items to appear searchable in a library. However, in this case it has been 2 weeks and the items are still not visible.

- I have verified that all the items are in the same library

- I have verified that my admin account and those who need to access this training have access to the library

- We have the new learning homepage turned on since the release and turned off the toggle functionality to revert back to the old learning homepage. That said, If I go into the LMS as an admin and then proxy as a user in the LMS to see their learning homepage and search for the course, the old learning module page appears prior the release and there the items do appear in the search results. 

- I have verified all the configurations and the role permissions for regular learning users in our organization

@carlaravazzano, the SAP Support channel would be the appropriate one to analyze this situation, as internal actions might be required. After the waiting period (8 hours for prod.), the courses should be available in the libraries the user has access to.
