I am getting ready to retire some learning items, and want to ensure that I am not impacting existing curricula or programs. I can see on the Related menu that I can check impact to Assignment Profiles, Catalogs, Curricula, Scheduled Offerings, etc. But there is no "Programs" tab to check.
So, is there a quick way to tell if an item has been included in a program so that I don't mess up someone else's training program?
Request clarification before answering.
Update: Someone answered this in the Learning Hub for me --
Basically, you go to Learning > Programs, and add "Item" to the Search criteria options. Search for the item, and the results will show all Programs that include the item. This works nicely, but requires me to go to a different screen.
I have also discovered that there is an enhancement request for this -- to put a PROGRAMS option on the Item "Related" menu. This is where I looked first. Here's a link if you would like to vote for this enhancement request: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/203281
