We have a situation where the escalations are going to executive levels in organization, which we do not want to happen.
E.g. Assuming the hierarchy of 5 levels, where highest 2 levels are executives and the rest are managers. We would like to restrict/limit the escalations to not be escalated beyond the managers and not reach the executives.
Is it possible to use a business rule to suppress the escalation of workflow and associated notifications which are being generated from the workflow escalation engine OR is there another way to suppress these workflow escalations and notifications reaching the executives.
