Internal Candidate can not access Candidate Profile

According with our client, there are some internal candidates unable to access their own candidate profile through "View Profile" on Career Site powered by CSB. This behavior is not happening with all users.
Do anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

Internal candidates should use Career tab menu in the system and not external career site.

Once they were turned from external to internal candidate they can`t use external career site.

But, according to the KBA 3189294 - External Candidate Accounts Created With Internal Company Email Domains - Recruiting Management, "Regarding the fact that Internal Users are able to use their emails when creating an External Candidate account, this has not been addressed as an issue. Internal Users should be using their respective Internal Candidate Profiles to apply to any job. Also, as mentioned in the Cause section, Recruiting module does not validate if the email being used already belongs to any User Profile. This is an expected behavior based on the current code-design."
