In Enable Now when creating a new recording it does not allow user to select fields in SAP

Hi, I have a user that has Producer installed. When he is trying to do a recording in Enable Now, when he tries to select a field in SAP the mouse does not allow him to select the fields on the screen. When he is not recording he has no issues going between fields. What could be causing this? Thanks

Hi Kara,

Wallace is correct, Scripting is required to record SAP GUI. Take a look at section 2.2.2.2 of the Producer User Guide.
