In Enable Now when creating a new recording it does not allow user to select fields in SAP

Hi, I have a user that has Producer installed. When he is trying to do a recording in Enable Now, when he tries to select a field in SAP the mouse does not allow him to select the fields on the screen. When he is not recording he has no issues going between fields. What could be causing this? Thanks

This error occurs mostly due to the selection of wrong Recording Profile.

To record SAP Fiori, select SAP UI5 as Recording Profile.

Hi, he has used the SAP GUI Signature profile (it is not Fiori he is recording). It works fine from my machine, and others, just not on one users machine. screenshot-2023-11-03-000736.png
