Importing Diagrams from Solution Manager to Signavio - Missing Elements

We are currently attempting to synchronize diagrams from SAP Solution Manager to Signavio using the Business Process Connector. However, diagrams are sometimes not fully transferred, and certain elements are missing. During various test runs, we observe inconsistent results, as illustrated in images 1 and 2. In one sync run, the diagram appears complete, while in another, the diagram is represented differently.

Do you have any experience with this issue or suggestions that could help us resolve it?

Dear Daniel, 

thank you for your question. These issues with inconsistent diagram synchronization could occur due to various reasons. Please open a ticket in SAP for Me (Login with S-User ID and password) so that our SAP Signavio Support Team can investigate on it. 

In general potential causes could be: 

1. Missing or misconfigured mappings between Solution Manager's structures and Signavio's format can lead to incomplete or inaccurate transfers.
2. Versioning conflicts: differences between diagram versions in Solution Manager and the imported version in Signavio may cause elements to be missing.
3. If diagrams are too large or complex, the connector might time out or skip elements during the transfer.
