Dear Experts,
we're one of SAP Successfactors users (not partner), and we have business needs to copy / populate "trainee program" flag that's defined in JOB, to be copied / populated into personal information during the hiring / Manage pending hire process, say by the name of "hired as trainee", how can we achieve this use case ?
FYI I've raised ticket for and SAP Successfactors team said that "standard process cannot support this use case. use integration center and Intelligent service center to achieve this instead. This is custom solution check in customer community or partner portal on the same."
