Hello,
we are preparing for our annual merit cycle in the Comp module. We have some casual employees that are eligible, but because they are temp/part-time, the incorrect compa-ratio appears. I'm sure we are not the only ones who have casual employees eligible to the annual review. Wondering how others are managing this on their side.

Request clarification before answering.
If you use the standard FTE field with their part-time percentage then it should properly calculate their compa-ratio and you can also pro-rate guidelines, etc.
