When input names on Personal Information, there are fields, first-name and last-name.
Since Tanaka is last name, Hanako is first name. It will be displayed as Hanako Tanaka.
But the names of Japanese emplyees be like: Tanaka Hanako(last name goes first).
How to configure the name format that make last-name always goes first.
