How to keep track of graduates in SuccessFactors

Hi experts,

We want to track our graduates in SuccessFactors. Who are they, how long do they work in our company, which positions do they get after being a graduate and so on. As far as I know, there aren't any standard solutions for this. 

Any recommendations?

There is nothing as a standard functionality for this. Are these graduates setup in your employee profile? Are they kind Interns or Temp Assignment employees working in your organziation?

Yes, they are hired as regular employees. They are hired in to graduate programs, and are transferred to other positions after 2 years.
