Hi Andy,

From the ASK HR functionality on Employee Central screen, Employee has provision to search the knowledge base for helpful documentation before raising the ticket. SAP provides the integration of SAP Jam with ASK HR.

I'm looking to integrate SharePoint with ASK HR Functionality instead of SAP Jam. Please let me know if anyone has implemented MindTouch or any other open search knowledge base.
