Question: How to hide " action button" from the performance route map section - Performance Management

Requirement: As per the requirement, client want to hide " action button" from the performance route map section in the performance form.

Hello, komalanand,

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates > [Select the PM template].
2. Click General Settings > Show advanced options... > Button Permission(s) defined. Click to modify.
3. Click +Add Another.
4. Select None for the Type.
5. In the Buttons drop down, select your button.
6. Select the Roles and Route Steps.
7. Click Done and Save.

They want " send button" in the performance form but at the same time they do not want to show that button in the route map section. Therefore, they want to hide "action button" from the "performance route map" section in the performance form.

1. Then, please, go to Admin Center > Manage Templates > [Select the PM template].
2. Advanced settings.

Here you can enable/disable the buttons or completely Hide Route Map on the Form.

If I disable send button from the advanced setting then send button entirely get disabled and secondly, they want route map section in the performance form.

No, you can`t hide Action button, but you can customize the text on various buttons.
