I am looking for a step by step how to create external users in SAP LMS.
I did not find up to date information.
Could someone help me?

you need to create a site (under system administration) for adding those specific users and then configure it with specific permissions to control what they have access to. We have half dozen sites for entities our company owns but they users don't have direct access to our internal resources, including the LMS. you provide them a link and the users then create their login credentials and get their courses.
