How to allow HRBP to view candidate cv and resume on in shortlist status

HI Team,

my query is regarding How to allow HRBP to view candidate cv and resume on in shortlist status. I have added permissions in job requisition for that particular fields but iam getting an error saying This candidate’s cover letter is not available to view online at the moment. You can try again later or download the cover letter now. When i give permissions in job application form HRBP is able to view candidate cv and resume in all other statuses after shortlist status.

Can someone please advice what needs to be done or ma i missing anything else ?

Hi Raja,

It sounds like the permissions are enabled for the HRBP role on all stages of the talent pipeline, have you check each step to see if they have view/select permissions for the steps you dont want them to see?

Thanks for your response. Here HRBP should able to see the candidate in other statuses also but he should not able to view the candidate's cv or resume in other statuses apart from shortlist status. But when we give view permission to fields in job application status it is allowing HRBP to view cv or resume in other statuses too.

Could you please advice how it can be sorted ?
