Hello,
We have had a vendor create a lovely SCORM elearning module in Articulate Storyline for us where participants work through the slides to learn their responsibilities before being tested on their knowledge. If they pass the knowledge questions, then they are congratulated and told they can close the module without the need to attempt it again. If they fail, they are directed to speak with their direct manager to further clarify their responsibilities and are also told they can close the module with the need to attempt it again. So, regardless of whether they pass or fail the quiz, we do not require that user to again open and attempt the SCORM module.
However, we have been unable to work out how to deploy this in this fashion in our SuccessFactors LMS.
How can we set this up in SuccessFactors Learning?
Recording them as complete/incomplete/failed/passed etc isn't as important to us as the SCORM module simply being removed from their learning assignments and the user receiving no more notifications to go attempt the module.
Thanks so much for your help!

@Glenn2000, to collaborate with @gyoung, when the "Add to History on Failure" configuration is selected, the Learning admin has some options to define an "Upon Failure" action. Additional details are available here: Locking or Removing Failed Online Courses | KBA 2494207.
