Hide Payment End date for some pay component and for some company code

Hi All,

We want to hide "payment end date (Define end date)" for some pay component and some company code in compensation portlet. There are 3 pay components with "End-Dated Payments" = Yes, and many countries use them.
We want to hide the "payment end date " field for the only two company codes.
We tried to create a rule, but it doesn't work properly. 

So, could you please suggest is it possible to hide "payment end date" for some company code and some pay components using business rule or any other solutions? PFA screenshot for reference

can you share the business rule logic that you have used, probably I can advise I see the conditions with in the business rule that was built
