Hello,
SAP recently shared information about February 2025 Mobile App Updates / New iOS Version & Multi-Profile Changes. In February iOS app users will be required to sign in again. What if users use the devices with SSO where they are logged in automatically, do you know if it will require any action for them?
Many thanks for your insight.

February 2025 Changes
Some important changes are coming to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app in February 2025. One change will affect all iOS users, and another set of changes will affect the relatively small number of users who share a single device with others (Multi-Profile Mode).
iOS App Transfer
This change will impact all iOS users who update the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app to the February release.
In January, as part of a consolidation across SAP, the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile iOS app will transfer from the SuccessFactors, Inc. account to the SAP SE account. The February iOS app release will be the first under the SAP SE account, and anyone who updates the iOS app will be required to sign in again.
We know being asked to sign in again can be frustrating, so please consider informing your employees and support staff of this coming event.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi @vaivabaublyte,
How exactly users sign in again depends on configuration. If you want to test it out right now, you can manually sign out on the Settings screen, close the app entirely, and launch the app. This will manually force the app into the scenario that will automatically happen when the app is updated.
You can read more in this blog post, including Q&A in the comments.
Thanks!
