Error while sending emails : SF Recruiting Employee Referral

Dear Friends,

While doing employee referral in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting management , I am getting an error as below :

Clicking error message doen't lead to any hints too.

I've tested with all domains like outlook/gmail/yahoo and official . For all scenarios, it gives same error . What could be the reason ?Regards,

Hi Niladri,

Go to Admin tool-> Recruiting Email Triggers ->Employee Referral Program Candidate added to General pool notification.

After enabling this email trigger, candidate will receive an email and there is no error message will appear while referring candidate

please find the below KBA for your reference.

2273459 - “Error while sending emails” while adding a candidate using Add A referral Now option from Career site.
